what layout are you looking for? Got examples?
Odds are you’re going to need to purchase the theme to get an API. Unfortunately I don’t think Envato will be able to just give you an API key just because you have the guys name.( that if he even purchased the theme) Especially if he’s MIA.
Ok so my normal validators should be used as a tool blah blah blah. None are perfect and there are somethings that shouldn’t hurt the author if it doesn’t validate.
That being said there are errors that SHOULD validate and if are there it should be a rejection. I’m more curious Envatos stance vs your average author and top authors. In both CC and TF I’ve seen items up there that have major errors and Ive never seen on soft disabled.
My thoughts on soft disable is different, authors should be given a day or so to fix it before its disable. Im not familiar with Australian law so I can’t really speak to it (although this is the first time I’ve seen that mentioned on why things are disabled so quickly) .
Thank you.But I need to download the update of the theme I buyed.
I opened a ticket, 4 days ago. I buyed and paiad for that, so whats the solution.Best regards
Support will reset it.
The limit is set in place to prevent abuse, but as I’ve said a million times before it should be reset when a theme is updated.
Buyer pays Envato, Envato pays the authors. Envato pays the author. Any site that I’ve seen that is a true “middleman” give the sellers buyer info. Authors are completely blind in the process here.
Paypal takes debt cards fine, no experience with Skrill. Generally debt cards are just credit cards the biggest difference is how its processed when charged. Debt come straight out of the account. Credit requires process time. Some banks will charge fees if you use your debt card as a credit card a certain amount of times.
Can you guys send things to reviewers before making design changes?
Did you contact the author for assistance (if purchased from here) for the current theme? All themes are thoroughly reviewed to be working as shown.
This, but when you contact them use the account used to purchase the item. The account you posted on doesn’t have a buyers badge do it def won’t validate the purchase
