Only just been told now when I asked where to submit the image templates I had made for the Author’s resource wiki, that there is a competition running on Graphic River Forums looking for these submissions. Check it out.
Hi All, I would like to submit pixelentity’s entry.
Here are 4 sets, I dont see the point in making a preview image marketplace specific because if I’m uploading something to any marketplace, I want to make my item stand out from the background color scheme, not blend in!
Therefore, there is only one non-specific image template in each set and any color scheme similarities with a specific marketplace are unintentional. The colors are included simple to denote a file’s ficitiious logo, or author’s avatar etc. These can and should be changed to match the author’s personal colors , avatar etc.
Any/all placeholders are done suing clipping masks and so to insert your own image you simple paste it into the marked layer, it will then be clipped automatically etc. resizing it to look better is optional.

SET 04 Preview
btw. Should we link to the zip file here too?
ps. Fonts are Helvetica and bitmap fonts used in thumbs are free and will be included in the zip.
A case in point: Here is a user about to buy an item from CodeCanyon for $25 (extended licence) and include it in his TF theme, why? Because the licence is worded so badly as to make that seem like it is permitted. He even refers to buying several different items to create a patchwork theme for TF of other people CC work.
Just look at the confusion in that thread, authors also don’t have a clue what’s allowed or not (not their fault). In fact the only reason I know that the extended licence doesn’t permit resale on Envato, is because its been calrified by staff (on forums only).
These licences need to be sorted out once and for all.
- Regular licence = 1 use, 1x price.
- Multi-use (absolutely no resale) = 5 use, 3x price.
- Extended (absolutely no resale) = unlimited use, 10-15x price depending on the item.
If the extended licence’s terms were changed to allow unlimited multi-use but absolutely no resale of any kind, and the price changed to 10x for CodeCanyon jQuery plugins, (price range $5-$12) then we would opt in with our new slider. As it stands right now, there is not a chance of us opting in for the extended licence.
I just bought a template Brandspace-minimal portfolio, And i´m having problems to activate it in my wordpress page. I think that maybe it doesnt work in wordpress and id like to know if there is a posibility that you send me a version for wordpress…
That template is ours (seen here) and is a html5/css template and not a Wordpress theme. As yet there is no Wordpress version of this template, however we eventually intent to release a Wordpress version of this template but due to other ongoing work, we’re not sure yet when that might be.
If you would like to be informed when the “Brandpsace” Wordpress theme is released, let us know your email address and we will add you to the launch email list.
duotive saidsure, drop me a mail and i’ll send you some code
bitfade saidHmmm… we will try that. Thanks.
that’s due to firefox gc kicking in at random time.
this lead to interval events not being fired so time based tweens are choppy.haven’t tried latest ff4 thing (which name i forgot) meant to be used with animations but i solved using counter based tweens.
P.S. Care to share an example? We are just staring with jquery and we can use some help.
is still me, using the wrong browser to reply
