Hey there everyone, Max here from the Quality team.
Unfortunately submissions to ThemeForest are experiencing a longer than usual wait time to be reviewed. At the present moment it will take the review team between 1 – 2 weeks to get to an item.
The delay has largely been the result of an increase in submissions along with an understaffed review team. We are currently in the process of hiring more review staff which is both necessary and exciting – So the queues should return to normal in the future. Thanks for your patience and best of luck with your submissions!
If you are in need of a reviewer for html templates, consider me.
My opinion is that you should hire more reviewer because if you have longer process of reviewing template the possibility would be that you will get more inquiries asking response to this issue. I know a marketplace that have longer process for reviewing and hopefully TF would not become like them.
My suggestion for reviewing templates is take advantage of using task runner like GruntJS or GulpJS. This would help you automate things when checking the validity of the code and of course it would help you save time.
I’m about to sleep now. Hopefully good news will come when I wake up.
Feb 15, March 15, June 15 were weekends and paid right away at monday. Sep 15 not even a weekend so I’m pretty sure there is a problem and we have no idea what it is because they nevey told us clearly.
codeblvck saidAs mentioned in our Knowledgebase, when the 15th falls on a weekend, payments will be delayed till the next day. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with a delay, but I will confirm once the Australian office opens. Thanks!
KingDog saidyou will let us know if there are any issues? The payment day has already passed in Australia so when will you figure out if there is an issue or not? We too have commitments.
Payments that span weekends can take a bit longer We’ll let you know if we notice any issues. Thanks!
If you forgot 15th of September is Monday not a weekend.
Try another one. That design cannot be approved. Not unique enough
looks very generic.
design is not good enough
