However, it is so awesome that when I press the “That’s awesome!” button, it does nothing and popup notification about badge stays there until I cancel it by clicking on the “X” button
(it happened before as well, a few weeks ago when I got some other badge)

Yeah, I know about that statement, but it’s been a month since that statement has been given.
I guess it would be at least polite to address this once again, even if just to give another generic “we’re working on it” statement, don’t you think?
It’s been many weeks now since the review time is longer than 2 weeks.
Can we get an official statement from somebody from the staff, at least about what is being done to rectify this chaos? I believe we deserve to know if and when the situation will be back to normal, because it influences our workflow(s).

(P.S. I missed last month’s payout because of my mistake, and now this happens… )
- first reviewer missed something hard-rejection worthy and then the second one saw it and rejected your item,
- second reviewer made a mistake.
Whatever the reason, your best option is to post directly to support. They will forward your ticket to the reviewing team and then they will see whether there was a mistake or if it was justified hard-rejection.
