Profitable collaborations are so rare case. We can find only very few examples here (I don’t know exactly how they feel about decision making and communication, it is very tough).
Well… we are not profitable yet(money is split equally) but have a lot of fun!

Maybe is offtopic, but it would be interessant to put the “real / custom” price next to our items. FB Template 15$, regular price of the Custom work (i.e. 1500$)
If we invest 2 weeks in one item as custom work, it would cost easily over 2000$. Most of our items need more then 2 weeks to developement here @AD.
if the customer see next to the ActiveDen price the “original” price, they would more appreciate them as well. We dont need to make exact prices (it is not even possible), but could add the prices by categories (min/max price.)

But it is not the questionthat if somebody gives 4 or less stars, but the question, why ?
I am a person who try to make his items perfect. If something does not work well, or not good enough, i want to make it better, want to make it perfect.
So if i got 5 stars, than i know, everything is great.
BUT !! If i get less then 5, than the customer has some issue, problem with the item. but he see it first after he bought it !! Other way, why did he bought it ??
So, if he is not happy with it, i would like to know why ! To make it better. So simple. It would be great, to have the chance to know. Even if is only an email to me. Dont care if it comes to the comments.
You know what ? The funny thing is, if i would stars a new thread, one of the smart guys would say, – why do you start a new thread- , there is a few already opened. And if i answer on an old thread, than one of the smart guys says: Why do you have to reopen it again ?

I have today the same problem. We have a new item. Customers bought it 18 times. Got 3×5 Stars already. Now we got a new rating from a customer, and it brings down to 4 stars the item.
Before the customer buy it, he can see the xml, he see how the item works. We declaired all the content of the package. When he buys it, he gets all sources, psd files, 3 examples, images etc in the package. So, no surprise at all! He gets exactly what he saw.
So i would really like to know why the customer who buys this item gave me 4 or less stars for this item.
I am totally agree with you guys. It is necessary to require buyers to give a feedback if he gaves less then 5 stars !!
