Great featured this is what I am looking for long back, well done and keep it up.
This release focuses on authors getting help from their support staff when dealing with comments. We’ve got very long lists of other improvements I hope we can get to soon. “Mark all as read” is a feature on the comments dashboard, and the dashboard only shows comments for your items, so there’s room for improvement there, but also no risk of one team member hiding a bunch of important comments from the author.
It’s definitely a brilliant feature for sure, another team member can help with pre-sale questions which is perfect. What I’m saying is that it’s not a full replacement for a dedicated support system. I think everybody with hundreds of support questions a day will agree with me. Question is if customers will get it too.

I want just him to receive notification, not me ( on my mail )
Hey @stewboon, this is a very promising feature. My question: If a buyer send a PM to “Author Team”, would the also be a link for this Author Team member to verify if the sender was actually a buyer or not ?
