Ok since not alot is happening maybe if the authors of these files kick upa fuss this will get taken done alot quicker.
I’ve done the copyright infringement, contacted mod etc it’s been around 5 days still this is for sale.
Anyway ,authors if these are your files maybe some action from you might speed up the take done.
Hate to do things this way but myself I deal with copyright infringement IMMEDITATELY and harshly.I won’t take any action providing the offending material is removed within 24 hours.
Looks like envato works different…..
Here is the link for YOUR hard work (some of you anyway) up on ebay !!!
This is too blatant and for profit more to the point which is piracy.Piracy is not commited if the file is free,on this link it ain’t free.
Yep, my work’s in the “offending article” too. I’ve spoken to Mark (the site manager) about it and Envato’s chap, Ibrahim who deals with the take down notices, is on the case. Going via official channels will give the complaint more weight, although it might take a little extra time.
It is annoying. It’s not the first time, nor will it be the last that something like this has cropped up. Hopefully the site in question will remove the offending article and ban the user.
Please don’t post links to these things in the forums though. It’s an advert for those unscrupulous people, right in the heart of Videohive itself.
Thanks for your concern though. These people are @#!!%$ irritating!
No worries apologies for the link but I hate profiteering for pirated material.
I occassionally have to deal with it myself but it’s unathorised use I have to deal with no profiteering.I use a friends company email (lawyer) does the trick very well as I get to word the email how I like.
Anyway the above will immediately remove it,I know people who have had the same issue. It’s down almost immediately if you use a company email.
Disgusting action which deserves consequences,I’ll leave that to your legal team.
