We always respect buyer feelings, Some time After to purchase and setup everything Like Install demo and a long support, buyer get back refund or give 1 Star , Really that’s lucky day

But this review is either plain rude and unnecessary (did you not look at the demo of what your are buying before you bought it?)or another disgruntled author bought it just to give it a one star rating.

and that makes me laugh ( i get a little chance to change the world ), and i just think about one thing, what if it was wordpress, i think i will get -5 stars

This is the worst part which i think. Rate is good if customer is not crazy. I had a bad experience. but as other said, you item is awesome and one bad rate wont make any difference.
I thinks it’s crazy to give 1 star since at least that buyer must satisfy the aesthetic of the theme and that’s why he bought it.
Anyways, I agree with JTheme that one bad rate wont make any difference.
I rate every now and then with a star, in the demo the theme always looks great, on your own website then not, or is very difficult to adjust or you only get limited help from the author, that are all reasons for a star with me.
