call them and ask for some info.
The operator will start moving some phone images around the screen.
ask them to move the image to another precise location on the screen.
they move it.
repeat the request but using a different location on the screen.
Question: How much time it will take till the operator will send you to hell?
If it starts to get angry then,
ask for a supervisor to come by to complain.
when is in front of the screen, ask the supervisor to move the images around the screen on different locations.
continue till they cut the connection.
then recall the customer service.
