yes… Flash is better ;)

and regarding image loading speed I think they would load exactly the same, loading speed depends on how fast the hosting server and the users internet speed is.

It depends on your target audience and the type of site. Flash is just one tool you can choose to use for a job. Most developers will not work with just one tool.

There is a reason google, amazing, even this site are not built using Flash.

Flash?! No way! Flash is dead you must use HTML5 … we’re doomed OMG ! Wahh! :D

P.S.: Just kidding. In most cases you might even use both and experiment hybrid solutions which makes your project look great and still be SEO friendly. ;)

This discussion is similar to comparing Mac vs PC… they both have their own advantages and disadvantages, but essentially they can do the same task… all depends what you need it for really.

Actually a great design and skills in animations with jquery tend to blur the boundaries a bit – and an HTML website can pack just as much punch as a flash site. Ask yourself : would you place more emphasis on 1.wowing your visitors on their first visit to your website or 2.having them return numerous times to use your services. If you choose 1 go with Flash – 2 go with HTML

I disagree, if you look at those on the FWA that are flash you’d struggle to recreate alot of them without using Flash…

Why would you not return to a site thats wowed you? If a site doesn’t wow me then I likely wont go back…
