Hi, I was wondering if anybody could give me some help? I made the awful mistake of doing a fresh install of Leopard on my computer, it has wiped my hard drive. I haven’t made a back of my files for so long that I have lost almost everything.
All my resources, psds, brushes, pics you name it. Is there anyway that I can get them back? I have most certainly learnt my lesson the hard way! Eeeekkk….............
I’ve never done this, but you might be able to recover it, just don’t put any more files to that harddrive unless it’s really necessary. Here is a software which can help you to recover it:
That software company also founded this:
If you lost some very very expensive data or you too scared of trying to recover it on your own, then I suggest you to contact a professional local service who does data recoveries. You will pay much more, even if the recovery fails, but they are professionals and it’s highly unlikely that they would make some stupid mistake during the recovery. Ask around in your local AppleStore for contacts on recovery specialists, they could have some experiences that you might find useful.
Thanks so much! I have managed to recover my psd’s – pheweeeeeeeeeeeee. Also jpgs. I haven’t found my lovely PS brushes, styles etc. I will have to start again on that one. I am so grateful to you. Thanks again
