I myself find it a lot easier working through the night for what ever reason – it’s currently 3:30AM here in the UK and I’ve been working since about 11am / 12am
This could mean your sleep cycle shifted – and not necessarily mean your environment is perfect for work on those timings.
FlatKing saidI came across these shifts in the past and managed to switch the productive hours into 8.00 AM to 2.00 PM. The problem is, maintaining a consistent sleep cycle requires certain level of life style sacrifices
Anyone else out there do the same?
Im the opposite, and similar to vf.
I start around 5am and work thru to about 1pm
I am very nocturnal as well, during the day i workout and do all the social stuff and then when the sheep’s are sleeping i do the killing

I am a bit the same. I actually work the best and have the most creative ideas in the very early morning till the beginning of the afternoon. I really hate the afternoons for working, can’t get anything done. Due to a sleeping problems I am often awake though till quite late and though working goes much better then working in the afternoon, it doesn’t beat the productivity and creativity of working in early hours
I used to be the same, then I moved in with my boyfriend who insists on being awake during the day and now I’m probably about a third less productive
