We only want to know more about it in the lights of the other recent announcements, before we even try to assess it. :)

I’m unsure why this is getting a negative response, I’m pretty sure this tool is just there so we can easily communicate an “Out of Office” message with our buyers. +1 from me, this is awesome!
+1 – I’m with Tom on this – I don’t get why everyone’s being so nasty about it…

To quote myself from a previous comment… “my understanding is when the mandatory support comes in, we will HAVE to notify that we are on holiday correct? Otherwise we run the risk of having customers (not “clients”) report long lead times, which will results in item disabling?”

It makes authors feel as though they are no longer self employed and Envato is their boss. I can understand both sides of the argument. I would / do appreciate this feature, just not when it’s mandatory.

I also submitted the Form, eventhough it looks very suspicious with only Themeforest and Codecanyon as options to choose from (these are the only two marketplaces that will have the mandatory support)... interesting!
