Good idea, after 4 years I wish to have a holidays without worrying about support questions

Hi Travis, as usual thanks for your kind reply, we actually opened a ticket a while ago and you replied to us via mail in Novermber 18 (2013), you said:

would really be great if you could support us on this one, because it’s been already 6 month and nothing happened so far
after sale service is one of the most challenging part of an author’s activity, so this feature would really help us all optimize our workflow process, especially that envato only allows 1 user per account (so we can’t really share our envato credentials with thid-party support service/individual)

We do travel very often and it would be nice if there where some notification area. Something like:
“Please note that we will be absent from XX-XX-XXXX to XX-XX-XXXX” and we won’t be able to answer your support questions right away…or some custom text there.
I would have loved having this during my holiday last month… and right now, because it’s friday night and im still here doing support lol.
