I wouldn’t.. Apple are pretty strict about using their products; I’d just recommend that you use some average phone, or a really edited version of the iPhone
just alter enough to not look exactly like an iphone – you know like all the apple fanboys do for expected devices. All it has to be is similar but not the same.
Unfortunately, no, you won’t be able to use that.
1) It can’t say iPhone.
2) The image of the iPhone is clearly recognizable so it will either need significant changes or a different image all together. Also, I would change the screen image on the device to something different.
yeah – you can’t use the iphone wording at all – and yes you will need to change the image more to not look exactly like an iphone ( I would remove the overlays on the screen also and replace with an image you own / create have license for.)
Not much is needed to make it a “similar” but not the same device.
I would say the image breaks their restructions. However, I disagree with the other statements. I’ve talked with the copyright department at Apple about this. If you read the copyright pages they have it’s pretty clear. You can’t use the image pretty much at all but using the words “iPhone” is not prohibited AS LONG AS you aren’t making it sound like it’s an Apple supported product.
