It’s great to see you back! I love your work! Cheers!
p.s. Wise words from Steve!
Vectrica vs FOX? I choose Vectorica. If vectorica would disapear I would be sad much more than would disapear FOX
Nice to see you here again friend I guess that was some nights without sleep :)))
Glad you could make it through Vectorica! You are the best no matter what!!!

I’m glad Vectorica’s back too, but let’s be honest here: the file looked identical in pretty much every significant way to the Fox branding. It deserves to be disabled.
So Vectorica vs. FOX? I choose Fox, because they are the originator of that motion graphic. You can’t just take someone else’s creative work and sell it for your own profit. If you do, you’re playing a dangerous, dangerous game. There’s much more than a puny ban from a template site at stake. If you rip off the big guns, you could land yourself in major trouble.
Suppose a TV channel buys your channel branding package and uses it. Fox sues their ass big-style. But they bought and used the template in good faith, they’ve got no choice: They sue you for their losses. You are potentially liable in this way to everybody who purchased your template. The more you sell, the bigger the risk.
You are liable. You agree to this in effect, when you sign up for the Envato marketplaces.
