I’m noticing that the p/month isn’t ticking over properly at the moment, I’ve got an item that’s well over a month old now and the p/month counter isn’t splitting the sales amount properly.
Sorry if this has already been identified and mentioned.
No I’m talking about this;
The above is taken from a theme uploaded on the 7th of March, usually the counter would split after the first month, you can see this hasn’t happened, or perhaps, has this now changed to split after a 2 month period? And then I’ve just opened this thread and made myself look silly
Hi again Tom, I see what you mean now, you’re referring to the item stats from the Portfolio page. I’ve checked my author account and everything seems fine, being split per month as usual.
Is this only happening with that one specific item? Maybe a browser plugin could be causing it? Either way, a quick note has been added to the devs, just to make sure.
If anyone else is having the same issue, please do let us know, by providing as much detail as possible.
Had the same issue with TommusRhodus.
We have the same issue, but only on last three items in our portfolio.
I’m having the same issue on my latest item.
On my other items, it was calculated straight away which was also a problem because if the item was approved at the end of the month closing at 1 sale then that data wouldn’t be very accurate when the average was calculated with the following month.
