Great question Doru! It’s part of a larger block of work which is aimed at faster and better help. But it’s just one piece. With the switch over to the new Zendesk system, we’ve got a whole new set of functionality to draw on. The most important is better metrics. Our old support system didn’t do a very good job with data. When we were small, it was pretty easy to identify problem issues and drilldown. But these days the support team is pretty big, and the volume of tickets flowing through is huge! Better metrics will give us the tools to reflect on performance in different types of tickets and look for patterns to improve on.
Zendesk has some other neat stuff as well which we’ll be making use of, but you’ll start to see that in the next phase of the help centre rollout. It’s a really big project that the operations team is undertaking and they’ve been really excited. There was a LOT of cake this week to celebrate this launch
