Hello, i bought a cardinal theme, and i tried to import the demo content as the documentation says…but when i try it, this message appears…

“Sorry, there has been an error. This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number”

and… he keeps trying to import, but nothing happens..

“Cardinal Demo Content Importer The demo content is importing, please wait.

Note: the page may refresh at intervals, this is normal.”

Need help asap, thank you.
