So we bought the Avada theme from Theme Forest and signed up for the support forum via the link we got in the email: http://theme-fusion.com/ and got in fine with the username netvisibilitygroup. A few days later we couldn’t login and couldn’t retrieve the password, etc. – it said that the username was no longer found in the database. So I re-registered with the username netvisibilitygroup, and when I entered the purchase code it asked for, it said that it was already in the database – Catch 22. I opened a ticket to the Envato support (pretty confusing keeping all this straight – Theme Forest, Theme Fusion, Envato, etc.) but never heard back from them. I’m hoping someone here can help us blow out the existing account and let us re-register, or get the existing purchase code out so I can re-enter that. Many thanks, NVG…

Just catched your thread. I’m the support staff for themefusion/Avada.
I looked up your username in our database and changed the password for you. I emailed it to your info@ email address you registered your account with in our forum! Sorry for the trouble, we recently switched our forum software which required everybody to re-register, so that might be the reason.
