The biggest problem any big corporation can face is the “disconnection” that exists between different departments due to practical limits. Don’t assume that years of experience will solve everything; whatever may be the plans, execution is the key. When it comes to Apple’s new interface, it surely involves different phases requiring different department’s work which has plenty of room to arrive undecided outputs.
Actually the efficiency on above (integrating things properly) is what differentiated products of Apple and Samsung etc in the past. As of now almost there is no difference; I am talking about process – not the output. Sometimes it is easy to gauge the process by looking at the output.
