I don’t understand why my template was not approved, it is really cool and it has everything a photographer needs, can someone explain to me what I am doing wrong?http://webdesign-flash.ro/p/html5_side_photography_template/tm/red/index.html
What they told you? My guess it’s typography… At least the menu can have a better font. And some attention on the rest of the text, better font on titles, improvements on spacing… For example the About Me page content can be improved a lot!
But, I really like how smooth works the rest of the thing…
This is what I got.

I am so disappointed we worked about two months on this template and it is impeccable , even on mobile it runs on constant 60 fps. I am not satisfied with the answer which they give me, what am I supose to understand from it to do the same stuff as popular authors this is not cool!
Link to video demo running on ipad it is amazing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siqBzXMqbGc
Yeah, that kind of answer targets the aesthetics of the template, usually the typography and the artistic side of the work. You now have the structure/engine, you only need to make it a little more beautiful ...
Another example is the logo/title area … that needs to look way more better than a default text.
I really like your template, but I agree that typography should be improved a little. But you are very close, in my opinion. Good work.
I honestly think that the reviewer did you a big favor. You have a worthy project, and the elements to make this something great is there.
Your template is lacking in it’s user interface though. Run through the themes and templates that have the same general flavor that you have, and take a look past the images that they used for their projects, and study the way that they presented their interfaces.
Then take the lessons you’ve learnt and come up with something better and your project will do well.
I’ve never had a project rejected after two months work, mine usually get’s rejected after 5 or six months.
Looking forward to see your project completed.
Thank you for the advices, I will start working on the typography maybe this will help, it is really a great template, actually we work on the mobile optimization a lot, basically the mobile version has 90% of the code different then the pc one, it is actually works as a native app, anyway I will try to fix some things and I really hope it will be accepted, I have a tone of great ideas like a photography template with the below gallery, this is something new, there is nothing similar here on TM.http://webdesign-flash.ro/p/html5_random_gallery/dark.html
