and get rid of the lightbox, just use a editinline box. It hard to read the comments when a lightbox hovers above ityup, the number of times i’ve had to copy something i’ve written, close the lightbox, read the past comment, then open the lightbox and paste .. etc..
same here, i dont understand if they want to use a lightbox for the comments why the hell they didn’t use the function dragg, so that we could dragg the lightbox to another position.
So dev’s you know what you have to do

Lets hope Version 2 of Envato Marketplaces, takes this into consideration.
+1 for the reply button and +1 for switching out the lightbox for a more usable alternative. I kind of loath the lightbox for replying.
I was always wondering who first started to post support questions into Comments. Comments are for general item comments, not for support questions imo. I know it’s a llittle late for these changes, but who knows… I would vote for new support section under each item which only users who bought the item could saw. This way it only messes everything up. Maybe something like private support forum/thread for each item…
