I’ve had a ticket open for 15 days for a theme malfunctioning after I purchased it & stressed the urgency of this project’s completion in my ticket — I’ve received no reply yet. Is this how Envato usually handles its business? I’m a first-time customer & feel a little bit scammed :/

Hello. I only see one ticket that was replied to last week. The other ticket number you reference doesn’t seem to be a valid number. I also searched by your email address and could only find the one ticket. Perhaps they’ve been merged into a single ticket. Thanks!
Thanks for your prompt reply! I had 2 separate issues with you guys. One was resolved but the other one was never tended to. Should I issue a new ticket then?
