I am starting an electronics recycling company and am looking to see if there are any developers who know of a website (or can develop one) just like www.gazelle.com or www.wootronics.com
The idea behind it is that there are multiple options (phone carrier, condition, model etc…) that are all worth different amounts of money which I will set. There needs to be a “shopping cart” and a normal checkout process however in the end they can choose how THEY would like to be paid (paypal or check) rather than how they would like to pay me.
Does anyone know of any templates or plugins that work like that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Why was this flagged inappropriate? I am looking to purchase a theme or work with a developer???
I think because it’s your first post and contains links. -> flagged automatically…
Ah, ok. Thanks for the reply. Hopefully they open it back up quickly.
I’ve never seen any templates or themes that do this out the box. We could help you out though, we run an agency based in the UK called townside [co uk] which build one of the UK’s most successful comparison sites pushing through $80 Million of devices to date called compare my mobile.
We have also been developing a responsive recycle solution for a client in Magento (#1 open source ecommerce solution). This solution can be themed with your branding, as most the back end development work is done this will be a huge reduced cost from getting it done from scratch. We have also worked with dozens of the affiliate feeds from the USA recyclers so we’re familiar with the business model, but all in all the business is identical to the UK model with the carrier, condition, model, payment etc. The only custom bit might be postage options / state restrictions
If you message us through the townside website or send an email direct to ashley at townside [co uk] we can get a convo going. we work with international clients all the time and are available through skype, voip calls, hangouts email etc.
Quick note, our development company is rebranding over the next month so you might see it change and redirect to bravedesigns, don’t worry, we’re the same guys.
