As many of you may know, I’m currently backpacking my way around South East Asia and I posted recently that I would be heading down to Kuala Lumpur for the Malaysian Grand Prix.
It was an amazing weekend watching the racing and spending too much money in many of Kuala Lumpur’s rather oversized malls. However, it was all to be topped off by meeting up with Themeforest’s very of Kailoon!
We met up last Tuesday in a local mall. We sat and had a few coffees followed by Kailoon treating me to a few local delicacies from the food floor (sorry dude, wasn’t feeling the durian!)
We then headed out for some food and Kailoon was kind enough to take me outside of the tourist areas to a fantastic local Indian food spot – it was awesome!
We sat for a few hours and did nothing but talk Envato.
It was pretty damn awesome to meet someone afk who was as equally involved in Envato and the Marketplaces as I am – something which will be driving me to meet more of you folks whilst I travel.
Unfortunately I missed out on meeting some of the Authors in Bangkok as I ended up rather ill when we’d arranged to meet (damn street food) however I will return soon and we can sort something
I’m sorry to all you ThemeForesters who had items in the queue whilst I was taking up Kailoon’s valuable time!
I hope this is the start of a long line up miniature-meetups! BIG THANKS to Kailoon for the hospitality!
If you want, you can follow my pictures of travelling and hopefully some more meetups on my Instagram.
Looks an amazing place, hopefully 1 day I will be able to travel like yourself.

Awesome to see you out there, Adam! And such a good idea to meet up with local Envato folks! Awesome t-shirt you got there, Kailoon
