Where it says ‘Hello! Here at Envato Support, we can help you with general Market questions through our support system below. We are unable to provide support for individual items that you have purchased.’
The terms and conditions state in 11 (b)
Buyer Fee: When you ‘buy’ an item you’re also paying a price for the services you get from Envato like 24/7 buyer support, fraud protection, item quality control and other related buyer services.
How can I get support and item quality control if I am made to read the knowledgebase when I want to log an individual problem. There is not even an e mail that I can write to. So how will my buyers right be protected?
Is this a temporary glitch because the support system is being upgraded? Or is it that I am missing something?
