In light of the recent heartbleed exploit, we will be taking the opportunity to change all of our security credentials.
What this means is:For a brief window of time each payment service will to be disabled, updated, then re-enabled. We aim to make this process as quick and painless as possible, however there will need to be a short downtime for each payment processor.
The windows for these outages are as follows:
During these windows there will be a few minutes where no deposits or withdrawals will be available on accounts using these payment methods.

[UPDATE] Due to changes at PayPal’s end we are unable to proceed with our work as planned and have cancelled the outage window of 1pm to 2pm AEST today (Monday 19th May 2014). We’ll be investigating what happened and how to proceed before posting an updated window.
