Along with a couple of friends we are building a Environment project based on Opencart. We have the shop almost done, and we are trying to integrate a good support client system. Basically we need a form/email/ticket system which should connect somehow with the OC Client&Sales Database. If we can integrate a live chat in the shop would be nice, but is not a must. Does anyone have a good advice about what to choose?
These are the current alternatives (as far as i’ve discovered):
a) Built an internal PHP system over Opencart framework. (Too expensive for us at the moment, i think)
b) Use ClickDesk [link removed] integrated extension (monthly plan)
c) Combine OC with SugarCRM (Extension: $99) and some integrated service as FreshDesk. (monthly plan)
Sounds like a difficult question, so i’ll appreciate any answer, even it just points me in a right direction.

Thanks TNL, but that’s a full ecommerce system. I would prefer to stick with OpenCart, just looking for a side-built client support system.
It’s easy to setup and to use. Worked for me!
