@nozza, thank you for your quick answer. I am trying from yesterday morning to get your promotion. It was a time when I got a message something like “Try again after 9PM AEST”. I tried this morning (here is morning ) ... no result. I use the same credit card I used before to get your products and I had no problem. I have no kind of answer from PayPal, just “Your …” on your page. Please tell me if should I still try or get this bundle out of my mind

I did not realize that the Mobile Bundle also includes files from other Envato platforms such as 3D Ocean, Active Den, etc. I thought it was only for ThemeForest, and that each market place platform has their own bundle $20 a piece.

Because of the outage I paid twice for the same product thinking there was something wrong with my creditcard, I only needed one though…
Ah. It seems, PayPal has created a lot of work for Envato Support Team. As an author I would like to notify support about suspicious transactions. My item was purchased 3 times in short period (shorter then 1 minute). I don’t know if it is because of PayPal problems. Just let you know.
