(Locked) Please respond to your tickets. Terrible customer service

I noticed there was a thread for this one year ago. How disappointing the problem still persists.

I opened a ticket three days ago for a hot item and have heard nothing back at all. I needed a template for a client getting on a plane to South Africa today. I should have been able to purchase the template and get it going before she left, but your system for taking payments via credit card is wonky and there was a web error. I have no idea yet if I have been over charged.

Also, when filling out the ticket there is no option to check for priority, however the system-generated email confirmation for the ticket states “Priority-Low”. I never set this because there was no option. It is actually high-priority. That’s effed up.

There is no phone number to call, the weekend is upon us, so if I don’t hear from anyone today I have to wait until next week to resolve this, if someone decides to respond to my ticket. Shame on you for being an internet-related company with such crappy customer service.

Most of the support team are currently on vacation at the moment.

You cant pay by credit card you have to pay via paypal or skrill.

Even though support is option here for buyer from author, but every author did a great job by supporting their items.

you posted 19 minutes ago, this is a global site many people are in different time zones, it may be night time or off hours for that author, plus authors can’t respond that fast to every single comment or question they get

I realize that. I have make attempts to contact them, both the developer AND TF through their twitter page for the past 2 months…as dated in the link included in my post. I apologize if I somehow concealed that information in the referenced post.
