I bought a premium theme (Aura) and tried it on a Cloud Service but it failed. I am trying to use the same zip file to install the theme on a local machine when I try to install nothing happens. Does it mean that I have lost the theme since I had to delete the virtual machine which I had used?
You shouldn’t upload the Zip file you’ve downloaded from ThemeForest. You should extract the contents of the zip, and then upload the zip file you see there.

However, I am an able to access the admin interface (last step). I have tried to to access Aquia’s support forum but it seems their systems are down. /?=user, /?=admin, /admin, /administrator all do not work
I am also unable to find my purchase code from the envato site
You have not lost it! You can download it again. Click on your username in the top right corner and go to the download tab.
