This week i see 2 Sale reversal, i have sent an email to envato support as well. I am not sure what it is and how to go about it, please advice.
It happened to us as well. We received the following answer from the support team:
What has happened here is that an unauthorised purchase was reported and has resulted in a reversal of the funds (Envato has not received the money for the item).
In the past when a purchase was reversed, Envato would absorb the loss. In most cases you would have received the sale even though we didn’t receive any payment. We have now automated parts of our system around reversals, so we can accurately capture more reversed transactions. This is why the adjustment occurred on your statement.

Just want know whether the buyer will be able to download the product?
regarding that problem they answered the following:
In this particular case I can assure you that the buyer’s access to download the item has been revoked for the unauthorised transaction and their account has been disabled.

Got twice sale reversal in same week too. Although it’s a not a problem evanto just need to make sure to correct the stats after this as in my portfolio it shows 2 sale more than what actually happened on the item page.
