I can’t watch it, it says it’s a private video…
What do you think? Suitable as Videohive item or not? Thanks. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4ZtpxUQ7Ew _ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdjAZv4Ex9o
Hi, I think that the milk background it’s very good!
If I have to be honest i will not approve the 20 bg pack instead.. They’re seems to be quite simple and fast to do..
This is only my opinion anyway so i could be wrong.. I’m not in the backgrounds category..
Thanks Stro88 Both rejected.
Hey don’t worry mate, you already have some far better files on sale, and you have achieved a good number of sales, go on this is just the beginning! I’m sure you’ll do even better… rejections are good, we have to listen and learn from them and we’ll make better works. Good luck
Thanks andrus9000. Yes, rejections are very good, but it should be professional. There are some (two or three) very professional inspectors and I really appreciate their work (not just their work as reviewers but as artists as well). But there are as well one or two almost amateurs. I think you are right, I have achieved a good number of sales – but what is a bit disquieting is, that many of these files were rejected in “first round”. So as “second round” I contacted support – and the lead reviewer told me, that inspector made mistake – after re-uploading was the file approved and have made many sales. In another case was a file rejected with “not suitable”. I contacted support with “but you have just approved one file in my portfolio which is very similar” (one file was for example medical scanner with man and the second rejected with woman …). After contacting support they approved the file and … many sales.
Because I have produced more than 2000 stock animation in my career, I picked some nice older files from my portfolio and uploaded to Videohive. Almost all were rejected with unbelievable reason – something like “it seems that after approving one file you continue to render the same style, we want something unique” ... but files I picked to upload I had rendered many months before ...
And one another case. I´ve made a mistake and in one bunch of files uploaded to Videohive I re-uploaded one of previously rejected files. Wow. Now approved without any change! The only difference was name of reviewer. And again … good seller
So my final decision is: I have stopped all my uploads here.
I wish you all many sales, more professional rejections and more fair prices!!!
