We emailed (#HDY-783-36766) on the 24th of February but still no answer. We still need help.
I’m curious: DMCA notices have priority or they are answered with other tickets.
My Support ticket id #LJB-888-44830 and no response in 4 days Yes Yes i know there was a weekend in between but now monday is already gone.

I sent a helpdesk request on 6th April [#MCS-546-17831], except for the automated response I received no other reply.
So I sent a follow up on 10th, still no response.
In the end I sent an email on the 12th requesting a credit for the purchase as I had buy another template rather than wait for someone to (maybe) get back me.
Waiting for the credit now.
Hmmmmm, I know [language removed] happens but this was a little frustrating.
Support will be looking at your ticket as soon as they can Just as a reminder, when you reply to a ticket before Support has a chance to reply, it bumps it back in the queue. That’s why your ticket may have been overlooked. Thanks!
