After submitting a ticket, if you have not received an automatic confirmation email from our support system, this will mean that our support system is not online yet. In which case please wait for an hour or so and re-submitted the ticket again. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Will there be any major changes with the new support system?
@JType: I don’t think the changes will be on the frontend, as far as I’m aware it’s the support backend that the form on this site interfaces with getting an upgrade.
