It’s hilarious that I found this post on Envato after a Google search of “Chimpstudio no support” and here they are complaining about not being responded to after a month, while I’ve been waiting on their so called “support” for more than two. Repeated posts on the comments, I don’t know how many emails. They tell you to create a ticket, but when you can’t, they tell you to email them direct… to an email address that sends an auto-respond that says “no support from emails”
One big circle jerk. Apparently since this post is old they forgot how it feels.
What baffles me is that an author who provides web templates would treat webmasters this way when I’m sure a good number of them know SEO, reputation damage control (or creation if you piss them off) and other things that may educate others on how a company operates.
Hey Chimpstudio, if you see this, answer your emails. Complaints are only going to get louder if you continue to ignore people.
