What would you guys think about “PRIORITY SUPPORT ” at some extra cost?

Some buyers just need a theme. They should just pay for the theme.
Some buyers need a theme and support. They should pay for the theme and the support.
Two separate things. Two separate prices.
Surely this is the most obvious and fair solution. There’s no point burying our heads in the sand about support. As WP themes get more complex, and the buyers get less tech savvy, the phrase “technically unsupported” becomes a complete oxymoron.
Or we should change the rating system into fav system? If you like it, fav it, else, don’t do anything.
So, which mean, if you have 50 purchases and you have 40 favs, it means something. But if you have only 20 favs, it doesn’t look ugly tooFurther, it is easier for buyer to fav rather than choose the 5 options ( 1 – 5 stars ), I guess, they may fav more
