it’s called cornflakes with milk
for my eggs i need 6 mins, so i only can enjoy a bread with jam…
milk and honey nut cheerios. or if im in a hurry, i just put some stuff in the microwave. set your time and bam, instant food.
I have a shake
- half cup quick oats - 1 banana - 1 scoop protein powder - tsp of flax oil - top with milk or juice
blend anddd voila
If I have everything in order before hand, I can do a fried egg sandwich. Sometimes I’ll pull a homemade waffle that I froze from the freezer out and heat that up.
Fresh juice from 1 oranges and 1 grape-fruit, sometimes combined with 2-3 kiwifruits. Then I feel fresh all day long.
it’s called cornflakes with milkDon’t do that mistake, milk is not good for you if you’re over 3 years old, it sucks out the calcium from your body to get digested. For example, sesame seeds contain more than 10 times more calcium – don’t believe those silly industry tricks and ads that tell you milk is good for you.
And cow’s milk is not for humans, but to make the small calf become a large cow. Have you seen a baby pig suck from a cow? It is no wonder that there are places like no-milk.
