I sent a ticket and yet no response, WHY?????
Its been over 4 hrs I figured a site like this would have some sort of respond time.
support != live chat, a support reply within 24hrs should be considered a VERY GOOD support.
I was never told it took 24 hrs. I am new to the site. Sorry
It has nothing to do with this website, it’s a thing that happens everywhere. When you have a problem with your car/laptop, do you expect it to get solved right away? Or when you send a message to someone, give at least some hours for that person to reply back
I am done posting, wasn’t expecting an attack. I thought this was a friendly site, guess I was wrong I will block any more from this site.

Guys, please stop attacking buyers. You must understand that doesn’t make sense.
Suzy, I think you’re getting negative reactions because you’re posting topics asking “WHY?????” in all caps with 6 questions marks, opening multiple threads about the same topic, and saying how disappointed you are waiting 4 hours, which is really not an unreasonable amount of time. This type of behavior frustrates/offends people and makes them defensive – not that that is an excuse for treating you poorly. Having a positive attitude in the future when interacting with a community will make all the difference in the responses you receive, I suspect.
