Can any one help in any way shape or form as I try to add some tricky CMS to my Wordpress Site?

My site is just being used as a web site, not a blog.

I have 13 modules of a school electronic resource I am developing that each have upto 5 different sections that contain various media and interactivity – interactive SWF , YouTube Video, FlippingBook Widget etc.

I am trying to get it all nice and tidy (large text, good use of white space), with just a little room for descriptions and good use of small images/icons at each module and section.

To organise the 13 modules I was thinking of something like the side tab widget on the Services page of: http://themeforest.net/item/prominence-wordpress-marketingportfolio-theme/full_screen_preview/53982

To organise each of the sections once a user has selected the module they want, I was thinking of the horizontal slider like on the front page of: http://themeforest.net/item/circo-business-blog-portfolio-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/54518

And to organise the videos, the video widget like at: http://test.nattywp.com/preview.php?theme=bongo

Everything might be able to be done with a solution like the carousel at http://www.softwebsolutions.com/

Everything needs to be on mouse down and not rollover based as the elements are destined for interactive whiteboards which work on touch.

Could someone help with how I might get these into the one theme, and preferably in a way that I can easily copy for each of the modules once we get the first one right.

Many thanks,
