It was already very difficult to control the frustration as no staff intends to clarify single thing. Later this thread eventually become mutual discussion between authors (unnecessarily) about how Swift transfer can be avoided while there are other ways (it is horrible suggestion, really). I was afraid about if another author_x enters here, it may just become “why not try money bookers” suggestion thread with lazy questions, or low understanding. No personal or hard feelings.
Please staff, just clarify things in timely manner. This will help adjusting next month’s issues if possible, it is already 29th of month.
Totally understand your frustration. When you have bills to pay, you really need that money within a certain window. Our accounting team has been working really hard talking to the banks to find out what happened and make sure it doesn’t happen next time. I’ll take responsibility for not updating you all on the status. I’ve been talking to authors and Support through email and Skype, but I should have definitely updated the forums as well. I’ll get as much detail as I can from our account team when they’re back in the office and give you all the updates. Thanks!

It would be helpful if we can get clarified about this. I am one of the authors who got delayed payment for the recent 2 months through SWIFT . This month, most of the authors didn’t face issues but mine and few others got delayed (I received payment recently though). Is this mean we need to correct something on the our swift details? If so please inform us before 30th of month so that we can avoid the same issues on next month’s payout. Of course, your advice on this needed just in case the current issues are due to the way certain author’s input on their swift details.
I want to know the real reason also! And when can I get my money for this month? I have sent a ticket to the staff, ask them to do a trace on the money. But it’s over 24 hours, there is no reply.

Hi HawkTheme, As far as I am aware the payment has gone through from our end. We have contacted the banks and are working on tracking this issue, as you should have received your money. However, please do not panic. I understand this is frustrating, but we are working to resolve this issue. You will receive your money, we just need to work out what has happened, as this is an isolated issue. We will continue to communicate with you via support as the forums are not an appropriate area to discuss personal payment details.
For clarification- the SWIFT payments for some users were delayed in the last month due to an internal issue that meant they had to be processed a day late. For anyone still experiencing issues, we are dealing with these problems individually via support. The process involves communicating with banks in Australia and overseas (both of whom are not open over the weekend) which is why there has been a delay.
