Ottimo tema è ben fatto.
Presenta però dei piccoli e fastidiosi bug che vanno corretti manualmente.
Anche senza supporto per questo tema comunque il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile ad aiutarmi.

When you download the theme, its literally just the theme. It doesn't come with any of the demo data and you have to email the creator to get the demo files. Which means you have to rate for him to respond... The theme page makes it seem like you're getting alot of customization options at a good price when in actuality the customization options are unorganized and limited. I wish I could get a refund, I'm so annoyed!

We are already providing demo data inside theme but you needed specific jewelry demo so we have provided.
You dont have to rate as this is not compulsory.

Can you please let me know what issues you are having so we can assist you. Did you tried the most updated version of bella shop. If you are having issues, we are ready to assist.
Tons of bugs in Wordpress 4.5.x, demo content looks nothing like the actual demo. Page builder will not even set rows to "contained" properly, this theme is virtually unusable.

I just noticed that you are having issues with the theme. Is it possible for you to send us your wordpress admin details or a fresh wordpress so we can install and show you the working version.
Thr was some files missing and we have already updated those so it should be all good now. I hope you will give us a chance to prove that our theme is not at all bad
