there is no such location in wordpress dashboard for this admin > dashboard > Appearance > install plugins…......... there is admin > dashboard > Plugins > installed plugins…. however, but where is the file to actually install visual composer, its not in the download folder, most themes when download have premium plugins folder, you dont
