I’ve raised two tickets over the last couple of months without any response from seaboard themes. I love this theme, we are running our website on it and people keep complimenting us on how good everything looks, which we couldn’t have accomplished without November as our base. But right now the support for this theme sucks.

Hi. I have submitted four tickets over a month ago, and I have not received a response. I have some issues. My mobile layout does not correlate to the desktop version and there is also a giant white space in the author box. The mobile menu is not working either. It’s all very messy. I have a problem with the logo.

I think that the page is comprimizing the quality of the logo. I uploaded it in many different variations of quality and I am getting always the same result.

Hiya, I’m thinking of purchasing this theme for a client but just have a couple of questions:

1. Two different menus. Can you put links to page and posts in same both navigation menus? 2. In the demo there is no contact form on the page. I’m assuming the theme does have a function for creating contact forms? 3. Can we turn off Instagram feed and replace with a Twitter feed? 4. Can blog post images on home page be any size preferable of a portrait layout rather than the traditional landscape?

Hi nice work. I have two questions/issues. 1. Mobile menu, shows the 3 horizontal lines, but no response when pressing it, I need to scrolldown so the 2. menu is activated (same icon ?) and then I can touch it and get the main menu to show. 2. What comment spam/captcha plugin can I install, that will work with your post comment, have tried 3 and non is working on your theme
