The theme is impossible to customize, due to bugs ?
Customer support is non-existent, I was told I could ask for refund in 5 days.....

It's a downright outrage that I pay for support and get none. Getting told that I submitted a ticket over the weekend, only to see that a month later I have not had ANY response to my tickets. One star, unless the support magically improves.

Beautiful theme, but some customizable options in the theme options do not reflect any changes.

Customer support is extremely slow or non-existent.

Love this theme!!! Works great out of the box and super easy to customize!
