I bought the theme naturalshop in June 2016, I met a problem related to the coupon code when we tested the promo code after putting items into the basket , the coupon code was not taken into account. I contacted the editor of the theme several times but to date, the dysfunction of the coupon code is still not resolved, I am very disappointed . t is among you of other buyers who have the same problem ?

Secondly, the small bug was resolved about a month ago, I released an update within a day to fix it.

Google Maps now requires an API key to work.
So to fix this problem all you need to do is:
1.) Update to the latest version of the theme (you can download it from your Themeforest downloads page for free)
3.) Finally in your WordPress dashboard go to “Appearance > Theme Options > Contact Settings” and enter the API key in the “Google Map API Key” field
I tried doing that, I tried it with several different API keys, tried reuploading the theme and trying it with some other new api keys. Nothing seems to work.
Please make sure you add your domain to allowed domains in the API settings of your Google account.

The image on your product single page is blurry because it isn’t big enough.
Your image size is 300×300 pixels and the page width is 900 pixels, the image takes up 50% of the page so to avoid blurryness the image needs to be at least 50% of 900 which is 450 pixels.
Also note if the original image you uploaded is smaller than the size you’ve set in WooCommerce it can’t upscale it, so you’ll need to upload a new image which is at least the size you’ve set in the WooCommerce settings.

My support has run out so I have to post here. I should be able to update the theme and it should be ok. Please advise? I shouldn’t have to pay for support for a product update that I have bought already. If this is the case that means you can break themes so people have to always have your support. I have never had this with other theme developers before.

The theme options framework was changed to a new one from version 2.6.12 onwards – I changed it because the old theme options framework (SMOF) ceased development and was becoming buggy.
If you check the changelog you’ll see it mentioned this:
So all you need to do is manually copy the old theme options into the new one and everything will work as before.
Also note fixing bugs does not equal support – if a bug ever occured which was the fault of the theme I would be happy to fix it without requiring you to purchase support.
Hi there, I’ve been using this theme for several years and I love it, but now I am having issues updating to recent releases. My last version was 2.6.11 and until then all I had to do to update versions was to download the “organic shop” folder and replace the one on my wordpress theme folder with it. But now if I do that, I loose all my previous configurations and css. Has something changed with the way you suppose to update versions? My support has ran out, do I need to renew it to fix this?
The theme options framework has changed to a new one – it’s mentioned in the theme changelog:
* Switched theme options framework due to old one discontinuing development
* WARNING please manually backup your theme options before updating as the new theme options will not be compatible with the old ones
So you’ll need to manually copy/paste the themes options from your old site to the new one for this particular update.

It just a case of copying (CMD/CTRL + C) each option from the old theme options, and then pasting (CMD/CTRL + V) it into the new theme options.
I am aware of how copy/paste works, but where are this theme options located? Are they in the admin file? functions file? css file? Am I looking for one php file or several of them?

Currently, at the bottom of a product listing page, there’s only the Previous/Next links.

Just install and activate the plugin and you’ll have numbered pagination.
Hi. I’m currently running Ver 2.4.5 trying to update to 2.6.15. I exported the Theme Options data and uploaded the new theme files. When I tried to import the theme options into the new theme, it gives me a 403 error.
I can’t post a ticket elsewhere because my support has expired, but given that I’ve followed all of the instructions with respect to updating, I figure that the updates should “just work”?

The reason is mentioned in the change log, the theme options framework changed in version 2.6.12 and onwards.
You will need to manually backup your old theme options by copy/pasting them into a text file, then add them one by one into the new theme options.
I purchase this theme while ago. I am trying to list the products only in Category view as a list view. To display some extra product information in category view and to disable linking to product page which php files have to change.
So you mean you want to just list products in a plain ul li list organised by category?
I don’t think WooCommerce has any option built in to do this automatically, but you could just use the theme’s build in list shortcode to create any lists you want.
Hi. We love the theme and have been using it with no problems for some time now. We have installed recently the W3 Total Cache plugin and it seems to make the website function weird. When the plugin is on the featured products seem to load bigger pictures and pushes the home page featured products to two columns. We have regenrated thumbnails and altered the woocommerce > display settings. I know this may seem cheeky as we have ran out of support but I was wondering if you had heard of this or have any ideas on what we can do to prevent this happening.

I edited my functions.php file in the Organic theme so that the image size on the blog listing page is 612×330. I want a larger image.
I changed the main Organic theme functions.php file to accomplish this, but would rather have the code in my child functions.php file.
What is the entire code that I would need to copy to my child functions.php file to make this change?
I tried it by only copying “add_image_size( ‘blog-thumb-large’, 612, 330, true );”, but that didn’t work.
How do I remove the Tags from the meta area that appears below the title of a blog on the blog listing page and a single post page?
I’ve tried commenting out the lines in the loop.php file and the template-blog.php file. None of those options worked.
I want to keep the date in the meta section, but nothing else. Perhaps author.

Our export has expired, but I would just like to report a bug on “homepage” template which I believe you need to fix.
It looks like you are not displaying slider on “homepage” template or some other data from the wp_posts proper way. It is causing that any additional wp loop does not work properly.
I.E.: using plugin called “List category posts” enables shortcode [catlist id=1 numberposts=3] which displays last 3 posts from category 1. When using this on homepage it displays page content twice.

How do I align the “flag” icon with the border of widget titles? My “flag” aligns with the top, but it’s a pixel or two above the bottom and isn’t aligning with the bottom.

You’re getting this error because you’re running an old copy of the theme with a later version of WooCommerce.
To fix it you just need to update to the latest version of the theme.

The support forum seems to be up and working as normal for me, sometimes the Envato API does temporarily go down for a short time, if that was the case when you tried to submit a ticket I’d recommend trying again.
