Hello! How do I remove the notice “This is a demo store for testing purposes — no orders shall be fulfilled.” from the top of my site?
Go to “WooCommerce > Settings > General” and uncheck the “Store Notice” option.
If you have any other questions please open a support ticket and I’ll be happy to help: http://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/
I have the Organic Theme and I’d like to be able to control the length of the excerpt on the blog home page.
I’ve tried using the More tag in the editor, but that doesn’t work.
Is it possible to use the More tag?

Hi!! when is an update coming? Some template files became outdated with the last Woo update. Thanks!
I’ll be updating the theme soon, until then please refrain from updating to the latest version of WooCommerce.
Is quitenicestuff still even available for support? It appears they are gone!
We’re operating as normal, you can open a support ticket any time and I’ll be happy to help: https://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/
The https://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/ reports server outage. Glad you’re still around!
Yes I’m sorry about that, it’s completely out of my control but our support hosting provider is working to get it back up as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience.
Great, I see it’s up and running now. I will continue checking in here to see when the template is updated. Thanks in advance.
The support website is back up and running as normal.
My web site crashed because of the woocommerce update. Please update the template! Spent 3 days now adding my product back in store…
Sorry for your trouble, but when it’s a major WooCommerce update please do not update before checking the theme changelog.
Also your web host should have a restore feature which will allow you to revert back to a previous version of your website rather than re-building it manually.
In any case I’ll be releasing an update for WooCommerce soon.
Ok, thank you. But I have not updated the major woocomerce 3.0. It is there now with a big warning sign. Thats good and I will wait! I believe it was the plugin WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips who went wrong as I got a message that the upgrading went wrong 2 sec. before the site crashed.
I can not align the logo to left side. It is always at the middle
The theme only has a center aligned logo style.
I can advise on the CSS to left align via support though: https://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/
How do I get a refund?
I bought this theme, as it promised to be simple customizable…. It’s like working with a fridge – sure, it keeps food fresh but that’s it.
Oh, and several templates are outdated for WooCommerce, which is the only purpose of the theme!
The latest theme update fixes the outdated files.
Regarding customization, could you open a support ticket and let me know what you want to do please: https://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/
I just bought it and downloaded it yesterday, so that shouldn’t be the problem, unless you made a new release just now.
I’ve gone on to another theme…
I updated the theme for WooCommerce 3.0.0, but now the 3.0.3 update has just been released so I need to update more files.
I’ll be releasing the next update soon.
I just downloaded the latest version of this theme, as16 hours ago you seemed to imply the update had been completed. After installing the new updated theme, then updating WooCommerce, Dynamic Pricing, and Product Bundles, I still see outdated files under System Status. Did I do something wrong?
Ok, thank you kindly.
My client is using this theme as well and we need to update it due to the latest WooCommerce release. Any word on when the new theme files will be ready?
I’ll be releasing the update soon.
I updated my Woocommerce plugin to 3.0.4. Now my product pages are completely messed up.
How can I fix this?
I’ll be releasing an update shortly which supports WooCommerce 3.0.
How can I know when you’ve released an update? Should I just keep coming back to the Organic Theme site here and check the changelog?
Also, before updating this theme, you mention that we need to backup your theme options before doing the update. What’s the best way to backup the theme options? Is it a file that contains those options?
I’ve uploaded the update, it’s currently pending approval but should be available within the next few hours.
You can back up the theme options by going to “Appearance > Theme Options > Import / Export” and click “Download Data File”.
Dumb question: how do I install the latest version? Do I log in, go to the Downloads link, and simply click the Downloads button? Will that download the latest?
Yep just head to your downloads page and you can grab it from there.
FYI the upload is still pending approval from Themeforest so it’s not available just yet.
It’s available to download now.
I just updated the Organic theme on my server by copying the files from the new download.
Before updating, I exported my theme settings to a .json file.
Now I’m trying to import them and I get a 403 error.
First, what is the correct way to update? Do I click on the Import From File button, then copy and paste the contents of the .json file into the text box that appears?
When I copy and paste the contents into the text box, then click Import, I get a 403 error.
It looks like the error might be from Wordfence, my security plugin. Should I go ahead and “whitelist” this action?
How do I update my settings?
