Hi! Just how can i fix the measuring the header only on the pages? Home is fine! I inserted the logo in theme options and changed the size but it does not work for the pages. this is my site: www.pasticceriavabres.com thank you Glenda

Go to “Theme Options > Styling Options” and add the following in the “Custom CSS” field:

I have the Organic theme and suddenly last week when I looked at my site (https://www.fabcabinets.com) the Featured items listed on the home page appeared very large. They still do.

I want them to appear as a row containing four Featured items, which is how it used to appear. Now they suddenly appear VERY large and in two rows of two.

I’ve tried clearing cache, but that doesn’t work.

I also have the WP Rocket cache plugin and use Cloudflare. If I go into the WP Rocket settings, then click on the Cloudflare tab, then put the plugin in Development mode, the listed items in the Featured Items section appear as they should.

Why don’t they normally appear as they should? Or is it just my screen?

It looks like you’ve customized the theme which is why your layout is different from the one shown on the demo website. I recommend you re-download the theme and restore the default version.

Sorry I don’t understand why you can’t register an account? There should be no problem with the support system. If you can’t click the password reset link try copy/pasting it. And failing that you can always just use a different email address.

By the way, I’ve flagged your message where you posted your purchase code, please don’t post that in public places because it’s private to you, other people will be able to access your support if they find it.

So, which is a correct “view” for my website? If I’m logged into the WordPress dashboard, then click the name of my site in the upper-left hand corner, the site views in my browser just fine. If I log out of the dashboard, then enter the URL in my browser to view the site, it’s messed up with text at the top (looks like css code), the images of the products as you scroll down the page no longer appear. So, which view is correct?

Don’t overwrite the folder, completely delete the old “organic_shop” folder, then copy in the new one.

I would like to change the product Title Color, it’s green and the rest of my color scheme is pink and grey. I have the main color changed to my pink and it does not change the product color. Also I would like for the title to have a different font. And one more thing, I choose to display my product categories and the shop page is empty. Help?

Since the latest update with Woocommerce the products and product categories on the shop page are not showing – everything is up to date including the latest theme of Organic shop on my side – when one switches over to other theme for example twenty eleven, the shop with the categories and subcategories come up as they use to, think there may still be an error with something not working with Woocommerce latest update and the theme?
