Great theme, nice work
Btw do you work with Vivek? https://www.elance.com/s/sharmavicky8/
Just checking, as he showed your themes as designs of his team you’re in.
And no we have never worked with Vivek, I had a look at their portfolio but couldn’t see any of my designs in there?
I am looking to buy.
1.Where is the Search box when you are in mobile portrait View?
2.When i search for an item with a page it returns the page without the picture?
Thanks for your interest.
1.) The search field in the main menu is hidden in mobile portrait view to save space, but you can add it as a widget in the sidebar or footer and it will never be hidden from these areas
2.) We’ve since updated the theme so that search results are displayed in the same format as the shop category pages with price, image, add to cart etc
On the first point, Can i override it so that it appears on the Top of the Screen, because this is were the users will be expecting it? Thanks
Yes deleting a line of the CSS responsive code will mean the header search field isn’t hidden on mobile devices.
Hi! We would like to purchase the theme but need to ask a few questions first….
Is it possible to have the sidebar on the left as opposed to the right?
Then the Categories in the sidebar seem to link to blog post category and not product categories – please advise.
Is it possible to hide the add to cart button and the prices of products? We would like to use the theme just to show product pics and information.
Also is it possible to put a different image at the top of the product pages (it would be a different picture per product category).
Then on the product pages in the Description tab is it possible to links for downloadable pdf files in there? We would like to put downloadable product specs in that tab…
Is this something you can assist with? What are your rates for development?
Looking forward to your response, thank you
1.) Yes you can select to use a left sidebar, right sidebar or full width layout
2.) There are two category widgets, one for blog posts and one for products
3.) It’s possible to hide the cart/prices/buttons with a little bit of custom CSS
4.) It’s not possible to put a different header image at the top of each product category page, you can however add different text at the top of each category page
5.) Yes you can add a link to anything in the product description, linking to a PDF would not be a problem
6.) Most of the things you’ve asked about are possible to do with the default theme, but for the things which aren’t you can hire a developer from here to help: http://microlancer.com/
Im a beginner in wordpress, ive aleady bought this organic theme, how to install it?
ive tried via wordpress but it says missing css something file
It sounds like you’re trying to install the entire download package as opposed to the theme.
After downloading from Themeforest unzip the file you get and inside you’ll find a file called “organic_shop.zip” which you should upload in your WordPress dashboard to install.
now working great im done instaling organic shop, yes you’re right ive made a mistake before to install all package.
i need 1 more help: how to change font size in the home page? like announcement, caption on slide show? . thanks you Quitenicestuff
Good to hear you got it working epriatno.
Regarding your other changes, these would be simple CSS modifications. Open a support ticket and I’ll be happy to help: http://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/
I’ve had the theme for a few months now and am very happy Anyway, recently I have been playing around with the background image. I can get it set up and looking OK on my PC monitor but when I view it on the Ipad it doesn’t look right and has a white strip in the middle of it.
What is the best size to make the image so as to have just the image appearing as the background with no repeats – does that make sense?
Thanks for purchasing, good to hear you’re happy with the theme!
Could you open a support ticket with your website URL included so I can take a look please: http://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/

Hi, I bought the theme from another account. Since the fact I’m using WPML to setup a multilanguage e-commerce, I need to know how to translate the Theme Options values like the three boxes in the homepage, the slides. etc.
Sure this is simple to do, open a support ticket (using the account your purchased with) and I’ll be happy to help: http://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/
very nice looking theme, but before I purchase it can make this a non-e-commerce site? We like the design but will not be selling anything. We would like to remove the shopping cart icon in the upper right. Thank you…
Sure all the ecommerce functionality is powered by the WooCommerce plugin, if you don’t activate this plugin the shopping cart and other shop features are automatically hidden.
I bought this theme last week and I LOVE it. It is so clean and easy to set up. I also love this comment section where you had answered peoples questions step by step; it has been my “how-to” guide. Thank you!
I do have a question I didn’t seem to find an answer for: I set up my header image for all the pages and it is working greate, but I don’t want to have one on the shop or product detail pages (I feel that it distracts from the actual product, especially when seeing from a laptop). Is there a way to remove it just from those two areas? I do want to have it in all the other pages.
Good to hear you’re liking the theme so far.
This can be done with a little bit of custom CSS, open a support ticket and I’ll be happy to help: http://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/
Sure go to “Appearance > Theme Options > Styling Options” and add the following in the “Custom CSS” field:
padding: 0 0 20px 0;
Thank you, this worked like a charm! And thank you for the promptly reply
Excellent theme and has been working wonderfully, its probably the easiest theme I have worked with so far.
A couple questions:
1) I would like to change the colors for the little icons on the very top next to the “check out, my account, and logout”.
I have changed several other things through CSS but those icons don’t seem to change no matter what I do in the CSS file.
2) When using the
3) A youtube video that I placed on the home page is not responding to different screen sizes. Do you know how to make videos auto responsive for mobile/ desktop views?
Thank you for amazing work and support

add_filter('loop_shop_per_page', create_function('$cols', 'return ' . $shop_per_page . ';') ...
echo '<iframe id="player_1" src="http://player.vimeo.com/vid ...
_deprecated_file( basename(__FILE__), '1.6' );
Is that normal?
HTML iframes are sometimes used by viruses to inject malicious code, so I guess this triggered your anti virus. But in this case it’s just being used in the Vimeo video shortcode, so definitely not a virus and 100% safe.
Is it possible to make so I use two sidebars on the indexpage? I would like to have one on the left and one on the right. Thanks!
I’m afraid this isn’t possible with the default theme.
If it’s essential for your project perhaps consider using Microlancer’s excellent customization service: http://www.microlancer.com/explore/wordpress-customization
Thanks for the fast reply.
How do I change language? I have translated every phrase now in en_US.po and overwrite the old one but still showing the old translation. What to do in order to change to my language? Thanks!
Ok, that problem is solved after a while. But not all is translated (even if every single line is translated in the .mo file. For example “Place order” is that in a seperate file or what? thanks
Apologies, the “Place Order” text wasn’t wrapped in translation tags.
I’ll upload an update tomorrow to fix this, to find out when it’s available go to your downloads page and subscribe to email update notifications.
Great, I see the update now. I have translated everything in a new file. How do I update so I can translate “Place order” also? I dont want loose all the other translation?
I just overwrite:
But what to do with the translations file I allready translated?
Solved after a while, thanks for the update! One more question. In the search box in the menu. How do I put text in it (like “search here”). Now its just blank but I want to have static text which then become hidden when someone uses the search function! Thanks
Good to hear it’s working for you now.
To add placeholder text for the main menu search, open “organic_shop/header.php” and edit the input field on line 171.
If you need more help open a support ticket and I’ll be happy to assist: http://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/
Thanks I changed the text on line 171 but nothing shows up. I checkd your demo as well and no text is showing there either?

When I checked the console in Chrome, I get “event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.”
I dont know if this helps or not? I simply need a fix as soon as possible please
This is most likely being caused by a plugin conflict, try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce.
If that doesn’t work could you open a support ticket please: http://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/
I did go through and switched them off one at a time but that did not find the issue. However, I went through and switched them all off except for woocommerce and that worked. As I switched each on one at a time I found it was a conflict with one plugin which has been removed as it is unwanted. Thank you for your help
Good to hear that fixed the problem Attractum.

Another related question, how d I choose a different image for the related products area because the one being used is so blurry? Or how can I turn off the related products area?
I have found how to change the defaults in the css for the images. However, the option to choose another image for this area would be nice
You can eliminate the blur for product images by going to “WooCommerce > Settings > Catalog” and increase the size of your product images in the “Image Options” section.
Don’t forget to regenerate your images after changing the size: http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Why are simple things like creating a custom home page WITHOUT a page title not possible? I tried downloading some plugins to disable the page title on the home page, but NONE of them work for some strange reason.
The format of the default home page template does not fit our needs, so I chose the “Full width” template style for the home page but can’t get rid of the pesky title. Help!
(theme purchased under separate acct by the way. Just don’t want my business login ID showing up in web search results)
You can hide the title of any page with a little bit of CSS.

I am so glad I bought this from you, besides being an awesome theme, the support you provide rocks!. So here I go again: I would like to make the title page bold and also to change the color to match the rest of the website (542f18). Thank you, thank you!
