We received notification that an update is available for the Zaria theme, which we downloaded but it seems to be the same version. Our server hosts are upgrading to PHP 8.0 and although the site is compatible with PHP 7.4, when we test an upgrade to 8.0, the site experiences a critical error. There is not much time left until the upgrade to PHP 8.0 is forced and we need to resolve before the 3rd of October. Have you tested the theme functionality on PHP8.0? Have other customers enquired about the compatibility? Please advise.
We have deactivated all plugins to see where the problem comes in and it’s with the EF3-Framework plugin, required for the Theme.

Hello Team, We are experiencing very bad support from you guys. Since last week, we have submitted three support tickets Id’s are 1. #1787, 2. #1791, 3. #1798, but haven’t received response for even a single of them, neither any issue is yet been resolved. The theme is missing out many basic customization options. The biggest issue we are facing with the theme is in its responsiveness. It’s not functioning appropriately on any device, which has raised our concern a lot in the wrong investment that we made. Below is the list of all the issues, which we are facing: 1. As mentioned above, the major issue is with the responsive layout. The theme is not changing its layout according to device. Menu, revolution slider content even doesn’t respond to devices. Please find the screenshot below. 2. Couldn’t find basic editing option for change/set link color settings. 3. There are lot of basic and essential customization options which are miss out, like adjusting logo size, container width & height, anchor tag color setting, adjusting background color setting of many things. 4. Navigation menu color, height, width, submenu customization option are also missing. 5. No option for add custom css/javascript. 6. Many customization options are only present in theme document and are not available in actual within the theme like mega menu and front page tab. Within last 3 days, things have been so frustrating with the site that we’d surely like to request for a refund.

1. Our demo works fine on several devices. unfortunately i can’t see your screenshot for details problem so i can’t give advice.
2. You can change link color in theme options: there are has many choices for different cases:

3. With Zaria theme: the logo area depend to header section so we place options for header. For example: http://prntscr.com/cfgsya4. On our demo alls options works well. Could you show me screenshot for details your problem to i can help you.
5. If you want add custom css for your site you can use Custom CSS plugin .
6.We are sorry about our document that it has wrong. We will update a new document exactly with theme in next time.

Hi, First we want to appreciate you for a very beautifully developed Zaria theme. We are planning to buy it. But we have some doubts which we want to clear before we will proceed to purchase it. The doubts are following. 1) Are you providing all 12 home page design with the theme which you are showing in demo? 2) The content except than header & footer are design & develop in visual composer or in hard coded HTML and CSS? 3) How many content elements or visual composer features can we expect in the visual composer coming along with the theme? 4) Main question is can we create pages for category? with same features and design template like blog pages. 5) Can we get all dummy content and design which is shown in demo theme? We are thankful for your fast reply for our questions on Zaria theme. We have got most of the answer but, we are still confuse about different category page/template. Because what you replied on this question is answer of various template for blog pages
Please let me explain our requirement with an example.
We are expecting a category page/template which show/display only specific category post only.
E.G) if we have post category named “press-release” and static page named “Press Release and NEWS”. Now on “Press Release and NEWS” page we want to show/display only list of post which has category “press-release” and not other post. Also we want to control post per page functionality as same we can control in blogs.
