In the recent WordPress Update 5.5, the jQuery migration was removed from the core files and our themes suffered some conflicts.
We are working super hard to have an update ready for the next week, meanwhile, please use this plugin to fix all the issues.

By default the RTL functionality is not included into the theme.
However you can easily add it with help of an additional plugin.

If the theme makers revisited this theme, I would hope they would be able to open up the elements rather than restricting the types of elements. Frustrating theme to work with.

You have to unzip the ThemeForest archive and use the Theme from the WordPress Themes folder, named Logistic_tf_v1.1.2.zip

The theme should be updated by yourself. You can delete the old version and install the new new one via WordPress admin or replace the files via FTP.
Template Demo does not install… I have wasted over a week and installed on 3 hosting platforms and all cannot install the demo correcty. Can I get a refund this clearly does not work.

Of course you can ask refund, but the demo does install, and all 2 times has different things.
1. The execution time was too small. 2. The images didn’t imported, but you still can use the theme.

I have provided the information yet the template still fails to work. I have attempted to install on 3 servers and all have the same issue with images. The support portal is off line more then online… While the template has what I was seeking the inability to make it work defeats it… What a waste of money!

We are really sorry for your experience. At the moment we have issues on ticketing support system that we’re using right now (fox.ticksy.com). As a solution, we’re trying to migrate to another ticketing system to avoid this kind of issues in the future. Our plan is to get on the new platform by next week.
